I am pleased to notify you that our Club President invites you to the Annual General Meeting for 2025.
It will be held on the 6th August @ 1915 at the Club.
An Agenda will be made available 2 days before the Meeting.
Any Member wishing to raise any Motions or Business at this meeting should notify the Club Secretary in writing via email by 22:00 on 3rd August for it to be included on the Agenda.
This year is the 9th formal year for the operation of the Limited Company, all Directors are eligible for re-election, the elected Directors will form the Board of the Club.
Nominations will be invited from the 7th July for the Club Officer & Volunteer Roles listed below for election to the 2025/26 Management Committee of the Club (known as the “Executive Committee”).
Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, Membership, Rugby Secretary, 1st Team Manager, Sirens Manager, Fixtures Match Secretary, Disciplinary, Safeguarding, Gate, Ground, House, Sponsorship, Press/Communications Officer
Nomination Forms will be available from the bar during the nominations period 7/7/25 – 3/8/25.
All contested Elections will take place at the AGM
