Dear Club Members

I am pleased to notify you that our Club President invites you to the Annual General Meeting for 2024.

It will be held on the 10^th July at 1915 at the Club.

An Agenda will be made available two days before the meeting.

Any member wishing to raise any Motions or Business at this meeting should notify the Club Secretary in writing via email by 22:00 on 7^th July for it to be included on the Agenda.

This year is the 8th formal year for the operation of the Limited Company, all Directors are eligible for re-election, the elected Directors will form the Board of the Club.

Nominations will be invited from the 19^th of June for the Club Officer and volunteer roles listed below for election to the 2024/25 Management Committee of the Club (known as the “Executive Committee”).

Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer, Membership, Rugby Secretary, 1st Team Manager, Crusaders Manager, Albion Manager, Sirens Manager, Colts Manager, Fixtures, Match Secretary, Kit, Disciplinary, Safeguarding, Gate, Ground, House, Sponsorship, Club Liaison, Social Secretary, Press Officer

Details of the tasks & responsibilities expected of these roles will be available on the website along with Nomination Forms, during the nominations period 19/6/24 – 7/7/24.

All contested elections will take place at the AGM
